黄绍山：英国脱欧法案再次遭拒

北京时间凌晨3点时间段，英国议会就特雷莎·梅首相的脱欧协议方法进行投票，而投票最终结果是以242票支持，391票反对，一共149票之差再次失败告终，距离原定的3月29日最终脱欧日也只剩下仅仅的15日时间，同时在明天凌晨时段英国议会方面将会就是否排除无协议脱欧进行投票表决，若然英国议会否决无协议脱欧，那么英国方面将会在周四或周五就推迟脱欧期限进行投票。
欧盟感到无能为力
本次特雷莎·梅所提交的脱欧方案当中，即使获得了在协议中最具争议的爱尔兰边境保护措施的“法律约束力”的保证，但该保护措施并不是永久性，以致英国议会对此风险仍然存在，另外欧盟官员表示对于帮助英国批准脱欧协议再也无能为力。德国总理默克尔在12日表示，目前英国的脱欧协议已经是欧盟目前提供的最后方案，同时为照顾英国方面，已经做出了许多的让步。
在协议被无情地否决后，接下来英国将面临的投票就是英国议会是否愿意接受无协议脱欧得投票，一旦投票通过，那么接下来就是等待最后3月29日的日期到来，而英国也正式从欧盟无协议脱离，但若一旦出现这种情况，对于英镑来说无疑是致命性的打击，同时英国议员们大概率是不会让无协议脱欧的情况发生，同时市场对于脱欧的事情大概率认为无协议脱欧得几率是十分之低，另外若无协议投票不通过后，周四或周五会迎来延迟脱欧的抉择，也就意味着有机会延迟最终3月29日的脱欧日期，再做脱欧的事宜，并且后市有机会重新举行是否脱欧大选的情况存在。
