王垣鑫：美联储9月加息预期
在本周四凌晨2点整，美联储将公布8月利率决议结果，对此市场基本预期美联储将维稳，大田环球贵金属分析师王垣鑫亦认为虽然近期美国经济持续走强，但小加息周期提高利率的情况仍是非常少见，加之美联储在本次加息周期内一再强调的重点是“渐进加息”，因此在6月已经进行了加息的前提底下，8月再度提升利率的可能性较小，因关注9月份的大加息周期。
大田环球贵金属留意到，在今年以内美联储就已经进行了两次加息，分别在3月和6月各加息25个基点，幅度较2015年至今没有改变，但这基本是市场的共识，关注的焦点更多的是在美联储一年内加息的次数身上。
2017年年内美联储一共加息三次，虽然比2015年和2016年加息一次的次数多了三倍，可能有的朋友会把这个次数搬到2018年，认为今年情况仍和去年相似，若美联储保持渐进加息则今年难以再增加加息次数，但这种思路明显欠妥，上年其实有不少声音支持美联储加息4次，但无奈去年上半年美国经济出现短时间下滑迹象，最重要的是在到达9月加息周期时，美国正经历飓风的吹袭，其严重程度需要撤离一个州的居民避难，当月的非农就业人口变动也是出现了负增长，在此大环境底下美联储才决定暂缓加息，但纵观今年整年美国各经济数据持续走强，经济前景乐观，美联储的货币政策声明亦有不停强调这一点，因此从大环境上就跟去年有大差异。
另外根据点阵图的暗示，在2019年后美联储可能需要将利率提高至3.25%以上，在目前利率仍在1.75%-2%的情况底下，若今年只加息三次，在之后的时间里除非加快加息步伐，不然将落后于本次加息周期的目标，但这也违背了美联储“渐进加息”的前提，因此大田环球贵金属分析师王垣鑫认为，在美国经济持续强劲的前提底下，今年加息4次为大概率事件，故而大加息周期9月无意外将看好美联储加息25个基点至2%-2.25%。
