羊首领：7月6号前中美又再谈判？
中美贸易争端已经到了剑拔弩张的地步，市场目光都在关注全球最大的两个经济体下一步会有怎样的表现。现时，美国对中国第一批价值340亿美元的商品加征关税将在7月6日正式实施，也意味着特朗普将要扣动向华的第一枪。而中国方面态度也非常强硬，表示将以同等关税进行反击，事情眼看就要往更坏的情况下发展了。
再现“谈”的声音
美国媒体近日采访美国一些白宫官员发现，美国白宫内部除了对华强硬派以外，还存在着对华谈判派的声音，并且这些对华谈判派的美国官员也都向媒体透露，已经尝试与中国接触，希望能够在7月6日关税正式征收前与华达成一些和解协议，避免中美贸易战的正式开打。
而部分的美国商会与美国民众则表示希望贸易争端利用谈判的手段进行解决，而并不是利用加征关税的手段解决，毕竟加征关税对美国商人与美国民众将造成一定的伤害，就好比特朗普首次加征洗衣机关税后，美国市场的洗衣机价格就上升了17%。
谈判成功的机会渺茫
事实上今天离7月6日剩下10天，时间上面实在太过紧迫，会谈的难度也是第一个问题。 不过，由于谈判的对象是特朗普代表的美国，他的行事方式诡异，在最后一刻改变态度也是有可能的。
只是此前，中美经过了3轮的贸易谈判，特朗普经常出尔反尔，也直接让中国非常担心美国的再次变卦，双方的信任度因此再有所下降，谈判难度也就又上了一个台阶。大田环球羊首领认为，总的来说，现时谈判的时间过于仓促，谈判的基础已经被美国玩坏，相信这次一些白宫官员有意再次开启的贸易谈判将胎死腹中。
