迟来的菲律宾道歉 迟来的逊色非农
先来看一则新闻：
据英国广播公司10月22日报道，菲律宾首都马尼拉的市议会日前通过决议，批准市长艾斯特拉达向香港人民道歉。报道称，马尼拉市议会的决议内容是马尼拉市政府将向香港特区政府与人民表达诚挚的歉意。艾斯特拉达11月将造访北京，在回程的时候会经过香港，他将在访港的时候将市议会决议的正式文件交给香港。据称，埃斯特拉达访港时，将会见一名特区政府的高级官员，但香港方面称，尚未接到有关艾斯特拉达有意访问香港的请求。
时隔三年，菲律宾马尼拉市政府终于愿意道歉，再一次证明李刚儿子还没出现的时候，菲律宾就已当了第一个模范。
不过仅仅只是代表马尼拉市议会道歉，阿基诺说了，拒绝道歉！
道歉就道歉了，还迟到，迟到就迟到了，还口硬。
看人家美国政府关门两个星期，非农数据也仅仅是迟到2个星期，虽然说是比较逊色，但起码美股、黄金受惠！因为这次的非农就业数据比预期要差，再加上美国政府关门2周，影响很大，所以市场预期美联储今年也无法执行削减QE的政策了，黄金自然是如鱼得水，只可惜其后再没有数据支撑，只能一直在高位游呀游，还没能游出阻力位。
今天美国劳工部也公布了一项数据显示，九月份的时候，有9前多万名16岁或以上的美国人决定不去寻找工作，加上失业人数，相当于美国有近1亿人没有工作。黄金也要感激这群懒惰的美国人，有了这个数据黄金如虎添翼。
美国还有一个难题没解决，就是债务上限，到了明年2014年的第一季，债务上限问题将重新爆发，加上美联储再次面临退市问题，黄金价格届时必将发挥避险作用，游刃有余急速上涨！但万一美联储届时退市，或许金价将失去支持，一落千丈！
