新婚房原是凶宅 黄金价徘徊低位
上周万圣节刚刚结束，小编从电视上了解到，一些幼儿园还搞起万圣节日的狂欢派对，看来外国的鬼节一点儿也不恐怖，还让人十分开心呢，中国传统的农历鬼节跟万圣节比起来还真是黯然失色。
说到过中国鬼节，广大群众过节都是抱着对亡灵表示哀悼的心情，所以做节时候无论如何也高兴不起来啊，更别说一起开派对欢呼了，这也许解释了为何那么多年轻人爱过西方节日的原因。一不小心触犯了鬼神，厄运可能就会到来~，所以不少人都“谈鬼色变”，最近北京某女士因为儿子结婚，所以就找中介为儿子找了一套婚房，后来查明，这套婚房原来是二手房，之前的主人不慎在火灾中丧命，女士用了280万买入一间“凶宅”，换了是洋婆子，可能对此不以为然，可惜女子为土生土长的中国人，当然房主意外死亡事件深感抵触，喜欢过万圣节的天朝国人，相信也没多少个愿意买这样的房子？
