据传黄金价格要跌10% 警惕楼价一夜暴跌

如今楼价高涨，彻底推翻了这个真理的存在，怎么说？
穷就没钱买房，买不到房就娶不到老婆，娶不到老婆，自然就没有下一代了，还何来三代？
丈母娘群体是全中国最大的房地产销售集团！所以，楼价一直涨，也是为了要控制人口增长。长此下去，中国的人口问题很快就能解决了！
但是现在砖家出来说话了，称金价70%要下跌，要警惕房价。
咸郎平再次质疑黄金的保值，称黄金长期持有是不保值的，可以适合短期的炒作。而中国大妈之所以抢金，是因为缺乏投资意识，对一般欧巴桑和欧吉桑来说，只有楼市、股市和黄金、白银可以投资，但是我们的股市连续5年下跌，谁还敢去入市；楼市不用说，肯定保值，但可不是人人都投资得起；黄金白银可以短期炒作，而且门槛不高，那自然而然黄金白银就成了大众的投资渠道了。
为什么金价下跌，对房价会造成影响呢？
是因为大家都预期美元将会升10%，美元跟金价一向都是负相关的走势，而美元跟中国楼价其实是有关联的。自从中国加入WTO以后，大量以美元为主题的外资企业纷纷来到中国进行投资，在次贷危机和中国央行印钞救市后，美联储开始量化宽松政策，让大量的美元流动性来到金砖四国为主题的新兴国家进行股市、楼市和汇市、黄金的炒作，没有人知道有多少美元流入了中国，只知道很多城市房价翻了两三倍，泡沫一直在高涨，一旦美元有任何重大变化，黄金必定受影响，而中国楼价也必然发生翻天覆地的变动。
说了这么多，不知道大家看懂了多少。
总的来说，就是美国和我国联合起来，内外袭击，一起制造泡沫，使中国的房价越来越高，但泡沫终将褪去，一旦黄金的泡沫褪去，中国楼价的泡沫也会受到影响而消失。
所以说，黄金跟女人一样，握在手里的就贬值了！所以建议大家可以以炒作的方式去投资黄金，而非持有黄金。一旦泡沫褪去，黄金换一个价，楼市也换一个价。
到时候也不用担心穷不过三代了，起码还不用绝后！
