小保姆茉莉.卡契波尔只有2200美元（约合1.4万元人民币）的银行存款，财力不济，但是她却找到了对付美国银行的秘诀，她上网收集了30万个支持者签名，要求美国银行取消服务费。
美国银行业竞争本来就很激烈，只有让储户满意，储户才会到你这里存钱，美国银行的这一举措已经流失了很多储户，让其付出了惨重的代价。现在小保姆又收集到30万个支持者签名，这让美国银行倍感压力。最终这样的一个拥有资产2万亿美元、财大气粗的美国第二大银行，却在一个只有2200美元小保姆的不满下，不得不放弃了5美元的使用费。
