大田金業讲故事：一美元买别墅
杰克是个穷光蛋，可是他整天做发财梦。一天他在报纸上看到一则广告：出售别墅一幢，售价一美元。杰克简直不敢相信自己的眼睛，可是广告上确确实实是这么写的。再仔细一看，这幢别墅位于纽约市富豪云集的住宅区，用市值来算，最起码值一千万。他半信半疑地按照报纸上提供的电话打了过去。接电话的是一位老妇人。
“您好，请问您是要以一美元出售皇后区的别墅吗？”
“对，没错，一美元。”老妇人肯定地回答。
“您确定？”
“当然，你随时可以来购买。”
听到这句话，杰克有些欣喜若狂。他想就算是个骗局也就损失一美元，何不试试看呢？于是他上门看了别墅，这真是一幢富丽堂皇的房子，雕梁画栋，外面还有大片私家花园和游泳池。杰克决定买下。他付了一美元，拿到了房契，简直觉得在梦里，他一下子成了千万富翁，可是老妇人却很开心的样子。他实在忍不住，问道：“女士，您能不能告诉我，为什么你要以一美元的超低价格卖掉这所豪宅呢？”老妇人淡淡说道：“也许你觉得很奇怪，其实原因很简单。我的丈夫是一个有钱的富豪，他有一大笔财产。前几天他去世了，我得到了他的大部分遗产，可是他独独在遗嘱中要求把这所豪宅出售后的全部所得留给他在外面的情人。我卖得越低那个女人就得到得越少，所以才以一美元的价格出售。”
