一则牧羊人受骗的故事，洞悉出投资亏损的真理！
从前，有个牧人牵着一只山羊，骑着一头驴进城去赶集，三个骗子知道了，想去骗他。
第一个骗子乘牧人骑在驴背上打瞌睡之际，把山羊脖子上的铃解下来系在驴尾巴上，把山羊牵走了。牧人一回头，发现山羊不见了，忙着寻找。
这时第二个骗子走过来，热情地问他找什么。牧人说山羊被人偷走了，问他看见没有。骗子随便一指，说看见一个人牵着一只山羊从林子中刚走过去，准是那个人，快去追吧。牧人急着去追山羊，把驴子交给这位“好心人”看管。等他两手空空地回来时，驴子与“好心人”自然没了踪影。
牧人伤心极了，一边走一边哭。当他来到一个水池边时，发现一个人坐在水池边，哭得比他还伤心。牧人挺奇怪，还有比我更倒霉的人吗?就问那个人哭什么?那人告诉牧人：他带着两袋金币去城里买东西，在水边歇歇脚，洗把脸，却不警惕把袋子掉水里了。
牧人说，那你赶快下去捞呀。那人说自己不会泳，如果牧人给他捞上来，愿意送给他20个金币。牧人一听喜出望外，心想这下子可好了，羊和驴子虽然丢了，但这里可能到手20个金币，丧失全补回来还有充裕啊，他连忙脱光衣服跳下水捞起来。当他光着身子两手空空地从水里爬上来时，他的衣服、干粮也不见了，仅剩下的一点钱还在衣服口袋角落里装着。
虽然这故事中的牧羊人看着挺滑稽，但实际上不少投资者在理财时，也会犯下同样的失误，总结起来就是：
1、没出意外之前麻痹大意，正如牧羊人安心地打瞌睡而不注意找人看好山羊；
2、涌现意外之后惊恐失措，比如故事中的牧羊人那般，不见了山羊后心急盲信了骗子的话；
3、造成丧失之后急于补亏，就如最终牧羊人为了看不见的20个金币，最后丢掉全部行李。投资贵金属现货切忌大意、轻信、贪婪。
