别人眼中的荒地，只要转变思路就能成为宝地！
美国的一个城市，在30英里外的山坡上有一块荒凉的土地。土地的主人看到那里没有用，就将它以非常低的价格出售。 当新主人买下土地后，就跑到地方政府部门说：我有一块土地，我愿意免费捐赠给政府，但是我是一位教育学者，所以这块土地只能建一所大学。政府听完觉得非常不错，立即就同意了。
于是，他将这块地的2/3捐赠给了政府。很快，一所很有规模的大学就出现在这片荒凉土地上。而聪明的新主人，则在剩余的1/3土地上建造了学生公寓，饭店，购物中心，酒吧，剧院等，在大学前形成了一条商业街，很快就从商业街的利润中收回了买地的成本，还大赚特赚了一笔。
其实，这跟我们做投资也是一样的，比如在这次疫情中，我们发现各国社会经济都不景气，美元也开始承压没赚头了，就应该及时转变思路，将目光放在跟美元呈相反态势，目前涨势正足的黄金等避险投资产品。只有像故事中的新主人一样，及时转变思路看到别人看不到的“商机”，我们才能在投资市场上赚大钱。
