旧金山联储：升息时间临近前将给定性或定向暗示

美国旧金山联邦储备银行总裁威廉姆斯对记者称，美联储收紧政策的新工具“已就绪”，已经过测试，但尚未作出正式决定；相对于历史水平，美国利率将长时间保持在低位；美联储非常谨慎地关注通胀预期。威廉姆斯指出，随着升息时机进一步临近，美联储将给出定性和定向的“暗示”。然而威廉姆斯表示，美联储不会再次以数据作为政策指引，也就是为政策设定具体的经济指标门槛。他说，美国股市在强劲企业业绩的推动下上扬，从危机期间触及的低位反弹，但美国公债的表现“更加令人困惑”。威廉姆斯称，他对于美联储在10月还是12月结束量化宽松没有偏向。
