美国房产市场好转 但略低于预期

美国4月成屋销售上扬，市场房屋供给触及近两年高位，为房市带来复苏的吉兆。全美不动产协会(NAR)周四发布，4月成屋销售增加1.3%，年率达465万户，为九个月来第二个月出现上扬。尽管表现略逊于分析师预估的468万户，这仍意味着房市在2013年下半年因抵押贷款利率及房价高涨而步履踉跄后，目前趋于稳健。
就业市场数据显示，上周初请失业金人数增加2.8万人，达到32.6万。不过初请失业金人数四周均值仅增长1.05万人，表明该市场基本趋势仍保持强劲。此外，数据还显示，5月美国Markit制造业扩张速度高于预期，制造业产出增长速度为2011年2月以来最快。
