华为未危及新西兰国安 美国应力排TPP

英国金融时报26日报导，新西兰副总理Bill English在受访时指出，纽国并未发现有任何证据足以证明华为(Huawei)对其国家安全构成威胁，若有确切事证将采取因应行动。二次世界大战后美国、英国、加拿大、澳洲以及新西兰合组「五眼联盟(Five Eyes)」、同意分享情报并且达成互不监听的默契。在被问到华为协助纽国政府打造宽带网络是否会危及其五眼联盟资格，English回答：「不便评论」。他说，纽国与美国或澳洲关系相当深厚、并未因华为而出动摇。在经济议题上，English说纽国希望奥巴马政府能够说服美国国会以便能够顺利完成「跨太平洋伙伴关系协议(Trans-Pacific Partnership，TPP)」。他说，TPP能否敲定有相当大程度得看美国是否有意志力可以克服各项障碍。English对TPP仍抱持审慎乐观的看法、预期11月美国国会期中选举前仍有一扇机会之窗。美国总统奥巴马(Barack Obama)将于今年4月先后访问日本、南韩、马来西亚以及菲律宾，预计将与日本首相安倍晋三、南韩总统朴槿惠、马国总理纳吉布(Najib Abdul Razak)以及菲律宾总统阿基诺三世会面，自由贸易协议、军事协议预料将是奥巴马此次亚洲行的观察重点。根据Pew的调查，在美国民众前二十大关注议题当中「国际贸易」排名倒数第一。
Thomson Reuters报导，纽约时报、明镜周刊(Der Spiegel)上周末引述史诺登提供资料指出，华为(Huawei)服务器遭NSA渗透、敏感数据遭窃，华为高阶主管通讯记录被看光光。
