富达：美国经济Q2强劲弹升 全球股市受支撑

富达(Fidelity)发布最新投资时钟报告，3月富达投资时钟位于复苏阶段(Recovery phase)，此阶段持续有利股市发展。富达预期受到严峻天候影响的美国经济，将在第2季强劲弹升，美股与全球股市也将受此利多支撑，但商品受产能过剩、美元走强影响，弹升行情很可能消失。富达预期市场波动将增加，但成熟市场股市可望持续震荡走高，富达加码成熟市场股市的看法并未改变。富达也指出，中国经济成长趋缓虽令人担忧，但目前环境与1990年代相似，成熟市场股市随着新兴市场担忧之墙(wall of worry)攀升而震荡走高。随着全球通膨温和且控制得宜，倘若经济疲软，将引发4大工业国(G4)央行进一步采取振兴方案因应。富达进一步指出，在资产配置观点方面，富达全球经济成长综合领先指标自高点下滑，但通膨位于低档，依然有利股市发展，预期未来数个月，美元将走强以及公债殖利率则攀升。富达维持看多股市、减码公债，同时调降地产与原物料类股的看法。
富达表示，整体而言，富达自2012年9月以来都采取加码股票部位的看法。虽然中国经济的下滑风险增加，但预期股市将受惠于美国天候改善，产业供应链回复正常，经济数据好转，以及宽松货币政策与无通膨压力等利多支撑再度走高。富达也指出，自2011年2月起迄今，富达即开始加码美股，目前持续加码美股。预期主动积极的成长政策、结构性改善与财政逆境可望消失等利多因素，将可抵消联准会缩减购债规模的负面影响。
在日股方面，富达建议逢低加码日股，主要是当局决定采取任何可以抵消实施消费税负面冲击的措施，且短期市场若震荡疲软，可能会引发必要且进一步的振兴措施。在新兴市场方面，富达于今年元月份已进一步采取减码看法。主因是原物料价格依然面临挑战、中国经济成长趋缓与美国货币政策正常化，资金抽离新兴市场。
富达也表示，在类股方面，虽然近期原物料价格受到短暂供给面影响而弹升，但我们继续看空该类股。主因产能过剩、美元走强与中国处于结构性转型等利空所累，其中黄金是最大的减码部位。至于全球地产类股，建议略微减码不动产投资信托基金(REITs)，主要系地产市场表现虽然良好，但金融杠杆却使得REITs投资评价因利率敏感而显得偏高。富达并指出，公债处于持续大幅减码的状态，在今年元月公债价格反弹后，我们持续卖出公债部位。我们对公债持审慎看法，主要是因为全球经济成长有强，将加快联准会在2014年缩减量化宽松规模的速度。
