BRICS升美元走贬 奥巴马讲话令俄货币大升

美元相对于金砖五国(BRICS)货币25日大多走贬。嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示，截至25日纽约汇市尾盘为止，美元兑巴西里拉贬值0.64%至2.3092；盘中最低点2.2981创去年11月27日以来新低。美元兑俄罗斯币重贬1.62%至35.4928、连续第3个交易日走低；盘中最低点35.4707创2月24日以来新低。美元兑印度卢比贬值0.20%至60.478、连续第3个交易日走低；盘中最低点60.440创去年8月12日以来新低。美元兑离岸人民币升值0.07%至6.1849。美元兑南非币贬值0.80%至10.7346。纽约时报报导，美国总统欧巴马(Barack Obama)25日表示，美国将会动用武力来捍卫任何遭到威胁的北大西洋公约组织(NATO)会员国。不过，他同时也表示不会透过武力来促使克里米亚回到乌克兰(非NATO会员国)的怀抱。欧盟委员会主席Jose Manuel Barroso在接受华尔街日报专访时表示，欧盟将确保对俄罗斯实施的经济制裁是在所有会员国都能接受的范围内。
英国金融时报25日报导，美银美林证券经济学家Vladimir Osakovskiy表示，俄罗斯经济虽正面临强劲的逆风、但就此断定未来将陷入衰退可能言之过早。欧巴马、Barroso的最新谈话意味着，欧美与俄罗斯之间的紧张情势短期内不会进一步升高。彭博社报导，金砖五国相同加权货币指数25日相对于美元创下1月10日以来新高。俄罗斯RTS指数25日大涨3.41%、收1170.20点，创3月5日以来收盘新高。巴西主权信用评等虽遭信评机构标准普尔(Standard & Poor`s)调降至「BBB-」、但展望由「负向」升为「稳定」，意味着短期内不会再遭到降评。上周公布的Ibope民调结果显示，巴西总统罗赛芙(Dilma Rousseff)可望在今年10月拿下43%的选票顺利连任。巴西股市(BOVESPA指数)25日上涨0.39%、收48,180.14点，创2月14日以来收盘新高，连续第7个交易日收高。
