受农行、蒙牛优报带动 恒生中国企业指数创1个月新高

在中国农业银行(Agricultural Bank of China Ltd.，港股代号为1288.HK)、蒙牛乳业(China Mengniu Dairy Co.，港股代号为2319.HK)等企业财报优于预期的激励下，恒生中国企业指数(Hang Seng China Enterprises Index，简称「H股指数」)跃升至一个月以来新高。恒生中国企业指数集合香港交易所上市的H股中较大型股的表现。嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示，农业银行在香港挂牌的股票早盘劲扬3.44%，暂收3.31港元；蒙牛乳业早盘大涨9.28%，报38.85港元。除此之外，人福医药集团(Humanwell Healthcare (Group) Co.，上海证交所股票代号为600079.SH)也在大陆总理李克强在国务院常务会议确定今年深化医药卫生体制改革的重点工作而大涨10%。另外，Google Finance报价也显示，恒生中国企业指数26日开盘迄今最高一度上涨至9,882.59点，创3月3日以来盘中新高。
彭博社26日报导， 凯基证券亚洲公司(KGI Asia Ltd)营运长Ben Kwong表示，恒生中国企业指数出现技术性反弹，农业银行的财报结果相当令人振奋，其盈余表现是重要因素，而港股也在美国股市的带动下反弹。另外，在季底时总会出现一些窗饰效应。除此之外，市场也开始猜测中国人民银行会重新考虑它反对宽松货币政策的立场，转而帮助国家达成7.5%的经济成长目标。汇丰3月24日公布的3月中国制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)降至48.1，低于预期的48.7、并创下八个月新低。汇丰控股经济学家警告，如果大陆政府不从政策层面作出响应，那么国内生产毛额(GDP)增速恐怕会减缓至7.0%甚至更低。彭博社3月10日报导，高盛亚洲策略分析师Kinger Lau 3月4日香港在接受专访时表示，在考虑过在股价修正幅度和本益比之后，若从风险报酬的角度来看，应可对大陆股票持正面态度。他预估，恒生中国企业指数应有望在未来12个月跳涨24%至12,000点。高盛曾在去(2013)年12月预估恒生中国企业指数会在2014年底上涨至13,600点。Lau并且表示，只要大陆能推出清楚的影子银行、地方政府债务规范法令，那么大陆银行的股价就有望获得推升。
