担忧俄罗斯及利比亚供应 原油下跌

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）5月原油期货3月25日下跌0.41美元或0.4%成为每桶99.19美元，因预期原油库存持续增加；欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）5月布兰特原油上涨0.18美元或0.2%成为每桶106.99美元，因担忧俄罗斯以及利比亚等原油供应的影响。两者的价差由前一交易日的7.21美元扩大至7.8美元。
美国石油协会（API）周二盘后公布，美国上周原油库存增加630万桶，汽油库存减少280万桶，蒸馏油库存增加26.7万桶。分析师预计美国3月21日当周原油库存将增加280万桶，汽油库存将减少160万桶，蒸馏油库存将减少130万桶。美国能源部的库存数据则于周三公布。
美国能源信息局（EIA）公布，3月24日全美普通汽油平均零售价格为每加仑3.549美元（每公升0.938美元），较前周上涨0.2美分，为连续第7周上涨，与去年同期相比下跌13.1美分。美国汽车协会（AAA）数据则显示，24日全美普通汽油平均零售价格较前周每加仑3.521美元上涨至3.529美元。
GasBuddy.com资深石油分析师Patrick DeHaan指出，全美零售汽油均价虽然连续七周上涨，但本周涨幅为七周以来最小，主要因为原油价格走势平缓，以及炼油厂即将结束维护季节的影响；不过，如果炼油厂恢复生产的时程因意外受到推迟，汽油价格仍可能继续上扬。
周末期间德州原油泄漏事故导致休斯顿船道（Houston Ship Channel）的关闭可能持续一整周，对原油价格具有支撑，因为运输被阻碍。美国有10%的原油炼油产能是在这条船道附近的，船道附近是好几英里连绵不断的大规模石油工业基础设施。
AAA发言人Jessica Brady此前表示，今年春天美国零售汽油均价预期不会超过每加仑4美元价位，高峰或达到每加仑3.75美元，此仍将低于去年二月底所创下的3.79美元；相比2013全年零售汽油均价为3.49美元，今年全年的零售汽油均价将至少有5美分的降幅。美国年度零售汽油均价最高的是2012年的3.60美元，其次则是2011年的3.51美元。
德国慕尼黑经济研究所（CESifo Group Munich）3月25日公布，德国3月Ifo商业景气指数结束连续四个月的上涨，由2月所创逾两年半新高111.3回落至110.7，略低于市场预期降至110.9，因受到克里米亚危机的影响，导致商业信心下滑。此外，现况指数由2月114.4，升至115.2，优于市场预期微升至114.5；预期指数由2月108.3，降至106.4，逊于市场预期降至107.7。
