费城Fed:耶伦并无口误 不解市场为何大跌

联储局(FED)主席耶伦(Janet Yellen)暗示联邦基金利率可能在明(2015)年年中调升，引爆上周股市卖压。费城联邦储备银行总裁Charles Plosser表示，耶伦并未口误，并说联储局官员对市场反应相当不解。
CNBC和路透社报导，Plosser强调，很多证据研究显示，联储局结束购债之后6个月升息，并非完全出乎意料的时间表，但是他也强调最好别谈时间表。Plosser 25日接受CNBC「Squawk Box」访问，作出以上表示。
他说购债计划结束之前，联储局都不会考虑升息。若联储局维持现行减码速度，或许会在今年10月或11月终结购债。
Plosser表示，他期望2016年利率升至3%，2015年某个时间点超过2%。他的估计高过多数联储局官员乐见，但是这些都要看联储局何时结束购债才能知晓。耶伦上周宣布购债规模减至550亿美元，联储局打算每月减码100亿美元。
CNBC 6日报导，鹰派的Plosser接受CNBC专访指出，经济衰退仍对美国有持续影响，美国「可能永远无法」重回过去的成长率，并警告政策不应基于经济成长率将恢复旧观，因为这或许要花上「很多、很多年」。他很担心QE退场会有意料之外的后果，因为以往从未施行，难以预测。他并说减少全球经济的额外流动性资金将「极具挑战性」。
