G7再制裁俄罗斯 索契G8峰会取消

七大工业国(G7)24日决议对俄罗斯采取新一轮制裁措施，原订6月在俄罗斯索契举行的八国集团(G8)峰会正式取消，与此同时，将改在比利时布鲁塞尔举行G7领袖峰会。美国总统欧巴马与其它G7国家领袖共同发表声明谴责俄罗斯违反国际法规，对全球法治形成危胁。除此之外，俄罗斯在夺取克里米亚半岛后仍持续对乌克兰边境增兵也令国际社会感到忧虑。对于G8峰会遭取消，俄罗斯外长Sergei Lavrov淡然表示，G8已经过气，其功能早已被G20国集团取代。
英国金融时报报导，俄罗斯资本外逃问题远较官方预期严重，俄国经济副部长Andrei Klepach估算，今年前三个月流出资本恐介于650至700亿美元之间，已超过去年全年总额630亿美元，并高于普京(Vladimir Putin)总统经济顾问Alexei Kudrin十天之前估计的500亿美元。Klepach还指出，俄罗斯2月GDP年增率为0.3%，稍优于1月的0.1%。与此同时，国内通货膨涨率亦自6.9%上升至7%。俄国去年GDP成长1.3%，经济学家预估今年增速将减慢至1%。
