美国企业内部人士看空指标创25年来新高

除了美股九大头部讯号以外，投资人还可以考虑将下列两项数据纳入参考。华尔街日报(WSJ)报导，根据美国密歇根大学财务学教授Nejat Seyhun统计的企业内部人士(注：仅纳入高阶主管、董事；排除共同基金、避险基金等大股东)买卖股票数据，近几周以来这些人的卖股、买股比为六比一、创25年以来新高，较1990年以来的平均值高出一倍。此前Seyhun的空头讯号曾在2007年初、2011年初出现；2011年5-10月的回调修正虽然没有2008年那么大、但以盘中值计算标准普尔500指数也有20%的下跌幅度。Seyhun的统计显示，目前企业内部人士卖股比较积极的产业包括资本财、科技、消费耐久财(汽车、家电)以及消费非耐久财(服饰、饮料)。FactSet统计显示，2013年第4季标准普尔500指数成分股纯益率达9.8%、创历史新高；截至2013年底的12个月期间标准普尔500大企业纯益率达9.8%、创1994年开始统计以来新高，优于这段期间平均值(7.5%)。分析师普遍预期企业整体纯益率将在本季短暂回调、今年中预估将突破10%，第4季进一步升至10.5%。如果真的有这么好的表现，那么美股目前的本益比将仅有15.4倍、略高于过去10年的平均值(13.8倍)。反之，企业纯益率若回跌至平均值、目前的本益比将高达20.8倍。
Thomson Reuters报导，达拉斯联邦准备银行总裁Richard Fisher 5日指出，包括本益比(以预估盈余来计算)、股价营收比以及市值GDP占比这三大指标都已来到1990年代末期的惊人水平。他说，联准会(FED)必须严密监控这些指标、以确保「非理性繁荣」的幽灵不会再出来吓人。英国金融时报(FT)9日报导，Baupost基金操盘人Seth Klarman在写给客户的信件中提到，无论从哪个角度来看美国股市都是处于史上相对高估水平。LCH Investments统计显示，Baupost自成立以来累计帮客户净赚了215亿美元；去年获利逾40亿美元。
