欧盟制裁俄罗斯措施温和 俄股市大涨

克里米亚入俄公投和平落幕后，美国、欧盟首度做出回击，分别对7名与21名俄罗斯关键官员作出资产冻结与禁止旅行等处分。据纽约时报报导，遭制裁的俄国官员主要是总统普京(Vladimir Putin)的亲信，而白宫扬言，如果俄罗斯再不让步，不排除扩大制裁范围。很显然的，欧美这波制裁对象是针对个人而不是国家，尽管不具名的白宫官员私下表示，这是自冷战后最全面性的制裁，但对照之前说要在经济上孤立俄罗斯的威胁口吻，还是不免让人颇有高高举起轻轻放下的感觉。
由于经济打击面缩小，俄罗斯股市闻讯大涨，嘉实XQ全球赢家报价系统显示， 截至17日23时13分(GMT+8)止，俄股RTSI指数劲扬4.64%，盘中涨幅最高一度来到8.79%。
