美国股市走强，令美国10年期公债殖利率24日走扬，惟由于投资人还在静待本周即将公布的新一轮报告来厘清经济状态，因此债市还是呈现狭幅震荡的局面。Bloomberg Bond Trader报价显示，纽约债市24日尾盘时，美国10年期公债殖利率上涨不到1个基点至2.74%；稍早一度上升3个基点至2.76%。债券价格与殖利率呈现反向走势。美国、欧盟准备要对乌克兰提供协助，而基辅的议员在乌克兰亲俄总统亚努科维奇(Viktor Yanukovych)遭罢黜下台后，则计划成立联合政府，这些消息让投资人对追逐报酬、风险的胃口大增，一度在24日将标准普尔五百指数推升至历史高点1,858.1点。。
彭博社报导，Guggenheim Securities LLC美国公债交易部总监Jason Rogan表示，市场仍然关注乌克兰等新兴市场的状态，本周财政部拍卖公债时就能看出投资人对债券是否仍具信心。美国财政部本周预定要标售1,090亿美元的公债，当中有320亿美元的2年期公债、350亿美元的5年期公债、290亿美元的7年期公债、130亿美元的2年期浮动利率公债。美国商务部即将在2月28日公布去年第4季(10-12月)的国内生产毛额(GDP)成长率修正值。根据彭博社调查，经济学家预估去年Q4美国GDP年率将扩张2.5%，低于初步估计的3.2%。另外，联准会(FED)主席叶伦(Janet Yellen)则会在2月27日前往国会向参议员针对货币政策与经济展望提供证词，主因严峻的天候迫使叶伦延后作证的时间表。
