Fed砸1兆购债券 42%认为财务状况更差

2013年美国平均每个月新增就业18.2万人？很棒！35%美国人认为自己的财务状况比一年前还要好？很赞！美国股市创历史新高？太好了！如果，这一切都是在美国联储局没有插手的情况下自然发生的，那该有多好！但，事实并非如此。FED在过去一年内砸下1.111兆美元买进债券，这不是天上掉下来的礼物；否则，FED应该实施无限量量化宽松货币政策(QE)、让美国从此不再陷入衰退。盖洛普(Gallup)在2014年1月5-8日针对1,018位美国成年人抽样进行的电话访问调查显示，35%美国人认为自己的财务状况比一年前还要好；高达42%认为变得更差、22%认为差不多。
FED自2013年1月起每个月斥资850亿美元购买债券，一年下来累计花了1.111兆美元。令人叹息的是，FED宣布月买850亿美元债券之前(2012年10月22-23日)，38%美国人认为自己的财务状况比一年前还要好；认为变得更差跟认为差不多的分别是34%、26%。换言之，1兆美元砸下去的结果竟是换来更少人认为日子变得更好！盖洛普统计显示，1976-2014年期间认为自己的财务状况比一年前还要好的平均值为38%。事实上，美国民众的感觉与事实相当接近。1月10日公布的美国非农业就业报告显示，2013年美国平均每个月新增就业18.2万人、较2012年全年度月度平均值(18.3万)减少0.6%！2013年12月美国民间劳动人口报1.54937亿、年减54.8万人。这是自2006年2月伯南克(Ben Bernanke)初掌FED主席大位以来第2次劳动人口出现年减。
