联邦储备理事会(FED)8日公布，2013年11月份消费者信贷余额为3兆873亿美元，虽然月增123.2亿美元，但低于彭博社调查预估的月增143亿美元，且是自去年4月以来最小增幅。消费者信贷余额年增率为4.8%，远低于前月的7%。
消费者信贷余额由循环与非循环信用组成，当月循环类信用贷款(例如：信用卡)余额为8,569亿美元，仅较前月增加5亿美元；年率增幅为0.6%。
非循环信用贷款(例如：学生贷款、汽车贷款、活动屋贷款)余额为2兆2,304亿美元，较前月增加119亿美元；年率增幅为6.4%。
