费城Fed：退市或引发资产泡沫 伤害经济成长

华尔街日报4日报导，费城联储银行(FED)总裁Charles Plosser在美国经济学会(AEA)年会上致词时透露，美国联储会(FED)相当清楚购债计划(注：目前每个月购买750亿美元)、低利率政策可能导致资产泡沫、目前正严密监控相关发展。他说，FED必须警惕引发资产泡沫的可能性。Plosser是在被问到美国股市创历史新高是否代表宽松货币政策拉高市场价格时、做出上述的响应。
Plosser指出，泡沫一旦破裂势必会伤害未来的经济成长。他坦承，就泡沫而言FED官员过去的预测记录很糟糕。今年将取得联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)投票资格的Plosser希望FED能够尽快终结购债计划。FOMC下一次开会将在2014年1月28-29日举行。
彭博社报导，Plosser在AEA年会上表示，大家都希望宽松货币政策的退场速度能够是循序渐进、慢慢来，但历史经验显示FED的紧缩动作总是慢半拍。
FED资产规模在2013年12月25日升至创纪录的4.07兆美元。彭博社报导，2012年9月第三回合买债计划刚启动时FED资产规模「仅有」2.82兆美元。
