里奇蒙联储银行：Fed 2015年狂调升基准利率

美国联储局(FED)决议减码量化宽松(QE)，至于各方关注的利率又会在何时调升呢？里奇蒙联邦准备银行总裁Jeffrey Lacker表示，他相信FED会在2015年初开始调升基准利率。
MarketWatch报导，Lacker 23日接受CNBC访问表示，估计联邦基金利率(Federal Fund Rate)会于2015年初调升，但强调可是情况也可能出现变化；他并预估利率将在2015年底从当前的接近0%、升至2%。他说他对利率的未来走向预期，是FED成员中第三高的。
Lacker素来反对QE，大力称赞FED缩减购债的时机正确，表示依照现今数据看来，此决定有如「灌篮得分」。他说FED未来仍能视经济数据，调整QE退场脚步。FED 18日启动QE减码机制，自明年1月起，每月购债规模将由850亿美元减至750亿美元。
彭博社、华尔街日报报导，FED 19日公布，旗下持有的债券等资产总额在截至12月18日为止当周增加141亿美元至4.01兆美元，远高于08年金融海啸前的不到9，000亿美元，也已超过全球第三大经济体德国的国内生产毛额(GDP)。柏南克18日在记者会上表示，FED的资产负债表日益膨胀，要如何管理并从现状抽身也变得愈来愈困难。他警告，资产价格将是货币经济学家未来必须审慎看待的问题。
