美国11月新屋成交价增 家庭收入连5年下跌

24日刚刚公布的美国2013年11月新屋成交平均价格年增17.1%(月增4%)至340,300美元、创历史新高，超越2013年4月的337,000美元旧纪录。也就是说，想买新房的美国人目前得付出高额代价才买得起。
在搜索引擎输入「Federal Reserve Economic Data – FRED – St. Louis Fed(简称：FRED)」并点选官网连结后，在右上方的搜寻栏上输入「Real Median Household Income in the United States」，您将会看到美国家庭实质(经通膨因素调整后)收入中位数(MEHOINUSA672N)走势图。2012年数据报51,017美元、创1995年以来新低，连续第5年下滑。
日前公布的美国11月个人储蓄率报4.2%、创2013年2月以来新低。作为对照，1959年1月至1999年5月这段期间美国个人储蓄率仅有两个月曾低于4.2%。
