耶伦明年6月投票 预估Fed分7次缩减购债

耶伦迈向联储局(FED)主席之路再下一城，美国参议院20日以59对34票同意停止辩论耶伦人事案，并将直接付诸表决，预计投票时间为明年元月6日。若顺利过关，耶伦即可在1月31日接替任期届满的伯南克，成为FED百年来首位女性主席。
耶伦现年67岁，是史无前例三轮量化宽松(QE)政策的重要推手。自2008年以来，FED为了把美国经济从鬼门关给救回，不仅将利率长期维持在近零水平，大量购债压低殖利率也使得资产负债表膨胀四倍至4兆美元
耶伦深信货币政策可以帮助更多美国人回到工作岗位上，她上月出席参议院听证会时更表示，促进就业成长，央行责无旁贷。不过，随着一连串数据显示美国经济、就业市况显著好转，FED已提早于12月启动QE减码，而最后收尾的工作也确定将由耶伦接手完成。
QE在小幅度减码后剩750亿美元，据彭博社最新调查，经济学家预估，FED未来将分7次缩减剩余的购债额度，每次减幅各为100亿美元，并在2014年完全停止买债。
