欧洲央行执委会成员阿斯姆森离职

12月15日欧洲央行执委会成员，47岁的德国人阿斯姆森“因为纯家庭原因”意外提出辞职。
阿斯姆森两年来一直与魏德曼并肩作战，温和反对欧洲央行宽松的货币政策。他不合时宜的离职或许意味着，欧洲央行终于迫不及待地准备推出QE了。
阿斯姆森表示，自己从央行离职后将接受德国劳动部的职位，以便有更多的时间陪伴家人。
两年前，阿斯姆森接替Juergen Stark成为欧洲央行执委，后者因为反对央行的债券购买计划而辞职。
阿斯姆森在央行和德国央行主席魏德曼一起并肩作战，时常批评欧洲央行的扩张性货币政策。但阿斯姆森的立场要稍显温和，比如他去年就在OMT计划上与魏德曼唱反调。两人一致反对欧洲央行今年11月的降息决定。
欧洲央行主席德拉吉表示会想念阿斯姆森：“阿斯姆森在过去两年中为制定货币政策做出了巨大的帮助，并成功克服了许多其他挑战。我个人会想念他的。”
默克尔表示，期待和阿斯姆森一起共事，德国会推荐一位阿斯姆森新的继任者。如果新的继任者是魏德曼一样的鹰派，那么阿斯姆森的离开对德拉吉来说未必是件好事。
最有可能的继任者是德国央行副行长Sabine Lautenschlaeger，或者联邦财政监督管理局主管Elke Koenig，以及Halle经济研究所主管Claudia Buch，她们三位都是女性。
市场人士分析称称，阿斯姆森突然离职或许意味着，欧洲央行终于迫不及待地准备推出量化宽松了。如果魏德曼再紧接着辞职，那就没有人能阻挡央行宽松的步伐了。
