日本大型制造业信心指数改善

根据日本央行(BOJ)16日公布的12月份企业短期经济观测(日银短观)调查显示，大型制造业信心指数(DI)为+16，较上次(2013年9月)调查结果成长了4点，为连续第4季呈现改善(上扬)、连续第3季呈现正数(注：代表乐观者多于悲观者)，并优于Thomson Reuters事前所作调查+15的预估值、创6年来(2007年12月以来；+19)新高水平；业界并预估下次(2014年3月)调查结果将为+14，逊于日经QUICK News事前所作调查+17的预估值。另外，大型非制造业DI为+20，较上次调查结果上扬6大点，连续第4季呈现改善、连续第10季呈现正数，并优于Thomson Reuters事前调查所得+16的预估值、创逾6年来(2007年9月以来；+20)新高水平；企业预期下次调查结果将下滑至+17。中型制造业DI为+6，较上次调查结果成长6大点，业界并预期下次调查结果将下滑至+3；中型非制造业DI为+11，较上次调查结果上扬了3大点，业界并预期下次调查结果将下滑至+10。中小型制造业DI为+1，较上次调查结果上扬了10大点，为6年来(2007年12月以来；+2)首度呈现正数，业界预期下次调查结果将下滑至-1；中小型非制造业DI为+4，较上次调查结果上扬5大点，为约21年来(1992年2月以来；+5)首度呈现正数，业界预期下次调查结果将下滑至+1。
BOJ并指出，2013年度(2013年4月-2014年3月)日本大型企业设备投资额(资本支出；含土地投资但不含软件投资；以下同)预估将年增4.6%，较上次调查结果下修了0.5%，且逊于Thomson Reuters事前所作调查年增5.5%的预估值。其中，2013年度日本大型制造业设备投资额预估将年增4.9%，较上次调查结果下修了1.7%；大型非制造业预估将年增4.4%，持平于上次调查结果。BOJ表示，2013年度日本大型制造业所设定的汇率基准为1美元兑96.78日圆，上次调查时(2013年9月)的基准为1美元兑94.45日圆；其中，日本大型制造业将2013年度下半年(2013年10月-2014年3月)的汇率基准设定为1美元兑95.97日圆(上次调查为1美元兑94.14日圆)。上述结果为日本央行以日本10,509家企业为对象进行调查所得，企业回答率为99.4%，回答期间为11月14日-12月13日。
