Fed减码预期升温 NYMEX原油期货下跌

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）1月原油期货11月18日下跌0.81美元或0.9%成为每桶93.68美元，因市场预期联储局将缩减购债计划，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）1月布兰特原油收低0.29美元或0.3%成为每桶108.21美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的14.66美元缩小至14.53美元。
纽约联邦储备银行总裁杜德利（William Dudley）表示，他对美国经济复苏前景的“希望增强”。此外，美国费城联储总裁普洛瑟（Charles Plosser）称，经济和就业市场状况改善暗示美联储应该就目前购债计划设定固定的以美元计算的规模，当达到这设定的规模后就应停止购债计划。
新墨西哥能源政策中心联席董事Daniel Fine表示，由于页岩能源革命带动美国国内的原油与天然气产量增长，预估未来美国将迎来一个低能源成本的经济环境，而此将是一个长期趋势，并非是独立事件，其本身也同样将几乎是革命性的。Fine指出，美国汽油价格已经远低于几年前创下的每加仑4美元高峰，而美国家庭的取暖开支也创下2009年以来的新低。
在页岩气产量大增的带动下，Fine以及其他专家预估，未来10年美国天然气价格都将保持相对较低的价位，而美国汽油价格明年将持续下滑，一直到可预见的未来预期将会持稳在每加仑2美元以上价位。Fine预估，美国汽油价格最快可能在一年之内就会下跌至每加仑2.35美元。根据美国汽车协会（AAA）的数据，14日全美零售汽油均价为每加仑3.19美元，较去年同期下跌25美分。
Fine指出，在天然气领域，美国已经能够确保能源安全；预计至2020或2021年，美国也将能够确保原油的能源安全。这将令美国的政策以及国家安全有重大转变，因美国对中东的外交政策将不必再考虑到对其石油依赖的影响，这也将是自1970年代以来，美国首次能够将油价与外交政策分开考虑，不得不说是一个重大且革命性的转变。
能源顾问公司Wood Mackenzie Ltd.报告指出，2014年美国以外用于探勘页岩油气资源的水力压裂井预计将达到创新高的400座，尽管与美国每年数千座相比仍然较少；其中主要将是集中于中国大陆与俄罗斯。根据美国能源部的最新预估，中国大陆页岩气资源在全球居冠，俄罗斯的页岩油资源则为全球第一。
