NAHB11月营建业信心指数低于预期

美国全国住房建筑商协会(National Association of Home Builders，简称NAHB)/富国银行公布11月营建业信心指数低于预期，与前同为54，依旧处于4个月的低点。当月看屋人潮与房屋销售展望均呈现下滑。
NAHB营建指数若高于50代表营建业者对房市前景感到乐观，彭博社调查51名经济学家预估中间值为55，预估区间介于52至58。2007年12月美国经济衰退前五年，NAHB营建指数平均值为54。
NAHB营建业信心指数三个组成分项指数有两个下滑，其中衡量未来6个月的销售展望指数较前月下滑1点至60点、看屋人数流量下滑1点至42点，两者皆是5个月来最差。至于独户房屋销售指数则持平于58点。
房地美(Freddie Mac)统计数据指出，截至11月14日当周，三十年期年期固定型房贷利率平均报4.35%，虽然为8周以来的新高，但仍处于历史的相对低点。
