原油期货下跌 创7月以来新低

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）11月原油期货10月22日下跌1.42美元或1.4%成为每桶97.80美元，创今年七月以来新低，因预期库存将持续增加的影响；欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）11月布兰特原油上涨0.33美元或0.3%成为每桶109.97美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的10.42美元扩大至12.17美元。
巴克莱研调（Barclays Research）报告指出，中国大陆9月份原油需求年减1.6%至每日962万桶，为今年以来首次较去年同期下滑，主要因为原油产量减少以及净进口量下滑的影响；但较8月份的日均需求937万桶增加2.6%。1-9月，大陆原油日均需求年增4.4%至979万桶。根据美国能源部的报告，9月份大陆已经取代美国成为全球最大的原油净进口国。虽然9月份的原油需求数据下滑，巴克莱研调预计第四季大陆原油消费可望增加，主要受到季节性取暖需求的带动；此外，大陆车市表现良好，也可望带动石油的消费。巴克莱研调也预估大陆2014年的经济成长率将为7.1%。
巴西石油生产因为石油工人罢工抗议当局21日对外招标开发新海底油田Libra而受阻。石油工人联合会的主席莫雷斯（Jos Antonio de Moraes）表示，巴西国家石油公司（Petrobras）（NYSE: PBR）总数4万名的工人有90%已经于10月17日加入罢工，42座钻油台与数家炼油厂已被迫关停。据悉，此次罢工游行声势浩大，愤怒的石油工人们一度包围了巴西能源部长的办公室，导致其无法正常上班。工会指出，对Libra油田进行公开拍卖，让外国公司来分享油田的开采权，会危害巴西的国家利益。
除了罢工之外，他们也已经采取了法律行动，试图终止这次拍卖。除此之外，此次参加罢工的近4万名石油工人，也希望能够加薪，提高待遇。该油田可采储量估计达80-120亿桶。截至10月11日当周，美国炼油厂日均原油加工量较前周减少3.7万桶至1,490万桶，炼油厂产能利用率下滑至86.2%。汽油日均产量较前周920万桶增加至930万桶，蒸馏油日均产量较前周460万桶增加至480万桶。上周原油日均进口量为800万桶，较前周减少3.9万桶；过去4周的原油进口日均量为810万桶，较去年同期增加0.2%。上周汽油日均进口量为58.4万桶，蒸馏油日均进口量为6.7万桶。作为需求的指标，美国过去4周日均油品供应量为1,900万桶，较去年同期增加0.9%。
其中，汽油日均供应量年增1.7%至880万桶，蒸馏油日均供应量年减3.4%至370万桶，航空燃油日均供应量年减3.4%。EIA本月（10月4日）报告预估，今年美国预期将取代俄罗斯成为全球最大的油气生产国，主要因为美国页岩革命带动油气产量增加的影响。
