受热带风暴Karen影响 NYMEX原油收涨

纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)近(11)月原油期货4日因热带风暴Karen周末恐危及墨西哥湾炼油厂而走高,终场上涨0.5%(0.53美元)、收103.84美元;周在线涨0.94%。
彭博社报导,美国国家飓风中心(NHC)表示,Karen预计在10月6日于路易斯安那州东南角登陆。BP Plc宣布关闭墨西哥湾地区所有石油、天然气产能。艾克森美孚(Exxon Mobil Corp.)1千桶石油约当日产量将停产、Karen预估路径所有离岸非必要人员都已撤离。美国能源部统计显示,美国23%的原油产能、5.6%的天然气产出以及45%的炼油产能皆位于墨西哥湾沿岸。道琼社报导,墨西哥湾地区总计有将近70万桶原油日产能在Karen来临前夕都已停摆。交易商指出,如果Karen没有对石油供给造成重大伤害,未来一周油价可能会走低。
能源部统计显示,9月最后一周美国汽油需求量创12年以来新低。旧金山联准银行总裁John Williams表示,如果美国政府关门时间长达两周、第4季经济成长率将缩减0.25个百分点。
