索罗斯：欧盟难抗经济低迷 10年内解体

「金融巨鳄」索罗斯(George Soros)大胆预言，若未能振衰起敝，欧盟难以撑过长期经济低迷，将在10年内瓦解。
MarketWatch和彭博社报导，索罗斯在德国的全球经济研讨会表示，许多国家顺利渡过经济停滞存活下来，但是欧盟并非单一国家，而是尚在整合的组织，无法捱过10年以上的经济停滞，欧盟面临终将解体的危机。
索罗斯认为，欧债风暴虽已结束，但欧洲并未恢复平衡。债务危机让欧盟变成「债主国和背债国」联盟，本质上充满不公平和强制意味，可能会一举摧毁欧盟。
他指出，只有债主国有能力避免此一结局。德国是欧洲的实质「霸权国家」，应追查酿成欧债危机的错误和迷思，加以导正。他同时重申支持发行欧洲债券，认为可降低欧元区成员国的借贷成本，对抗主权债风暴。
英国卫报(The Guardian)报导，索罗斯4月初在德国法兰克福发表演说表示，「欧洲债券」是解决欧元区债务危机的最佳方式，如果德国反对的话那么它就该离开欧元区、让其他会员国发债。他说，德国没有权利阻止其他国家藉由集体发债方式来减轻当前的痛苦；如果德国离开，欧元将会贬值，高负债会员国将可重拾竞争力。
