美元汇率低 兑瑞士法郎创2月以来新低

美国两党举债上限谈不拢,政府恐面临停摆命运,加上联准会(FED)量化宽松(QE)何时退场充满不确定性,导致27日美元全面下挫,相对于避险的瑞士法郎更创下近8个月的盘中新低。
嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示,27日纽约汇市尾盘为止,美元兑瑞郎走贬0.44%至0.9058;盘中一度跌至0.9019,创2月1日以来的盘中新低。欧元兑美元也升值0.26%至1.3521。
法国兴业银行(Societe Generale)外汇策略师Sebastien Galy认为,欧元兑美元早盘走高,可能是获利了结卖压出笼,但因缺乏足够动能持续突破,压力逐渐减弱。
美元兑日圆也创下一周新低。日财相麻生太郎表示,他目前无意降低企业税。此一发言让投资人大出意外,先前各方预料日圆将走低,因当局将端出更多财政刺激方案振兴经济。
嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示,27日美元兑日圆挫跌0.68%至98.23;盘中一度跌至98.06,为9月19日以来盘中新低;周线贬值1.13%。
美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)27日数据显示,9月24日为止当周资产管理机构和其他大额交易人持有的美元净多单,从前周的108亿美元锐减至35.8亿美元,创7个月新低。日圆相对于美元的净空单自前周88,794口增至92,818口。
