标普：中国大陆GDP增长7-7.5%为新常态

财新网报导,标普预计,2013年及以后中国大陆的实际GDP成长率仅7%-7.5%,并认为此水平将成“新常态”。这与2000-2011年平均远高于9%的成长率形成对比。
标普25日发布《中国经济增长放缓:不可避免、必要且目前更可接受》报告提出,尽管经济成长放缓根据某些指针将使大陆经济更加可持续,但仍需要将经济成长动力转向消费,而此趋势尚未出现。
标普亚太区首席经济学家Paul Gruenwald表示,随着大陆经济日益与发达经济体接轨,大陆经济成长注定将放缓,大陆新的领导层似乎已接受这一现实。大陆经济体内杠杆率的上升,意味着政府更愿意接受以经济成长换取金融稳定性。此外,劳动力市场的紧张和薪资加快成长,意味着大陆国内生产总值(GDP)增速放缓目前在政治上是更可接受的。
本月大连夏季达沃斯论坛期间,李克强表示,大陆经济现已进入中高速成长阶段,同时又处转型发展阶段,潜在成长率有所下降,经济成长由高速转为中高速符合发展规律。
