长期再融资操作再度登场 欧元三连贬

欧元相对于美元、日圆24日因欧洲央行(ECB)管理委员Ewald Nowotny证实长期再融资操作(LTRO)可能再度登场、德国经济数据不如预期而走贬。嘉实XQ全球赢家系统的报价显示,截至24日纽约汇市尾盘为止欧元兑美元贬值0.10%至1.3474、连续第3个交易日贬值。欧元兑日圆贬值0.23%至132.97、连续第3个交易日走贬。
Thomson Reuters报导,奥地利央行总裁兼ECB管理委员Ewald Nowotny表示,现在距离收回危机因应机制仍嫌过早。ECB总裁德拉吉(Mario Draghi)23日在欧洲议会上表示,ECB不乐见通膨持续下滑、如有必要将再推LTRO以防止市场利率持续走高。
道琼社报导,Nowotny表示管理委员会正在讨论是否再度推出LTRO。
美联社报导,德国智库Ifo 24日公布,2013年9月德国企业景气判断指数(Business Climate Index)自8月的107.6升至107.7、连续第5个月走升,但低于经济学家原先预估的108.0。 今年第2季欧元区经济虽成长0.3%,但当地失业率目前仍高达创纪录的12.1%。
美元兑日圆贬值0.10%至98.71、连续第3个交易日走贬。美国经济咨商理事会24日公布,9月消费者信心指数由前月的81.8下滑至79.7、逊于市场预估的79.9。美国10年期公债殖利率自9月5日的3.007%降至2.66%。
纽约联准银行(FED)总裁William C. Dudley 24日对CNBC表示,联准会将等到美国经济、就业市场好转后才会开始缩减买债规模。
