政策前景不定 NYMEX原油跌逾1%

纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)11月原油期货9月23日下跌1.16美元或1.1%成为每桶103.59美元,因美国举债上限的谈判与量化宽松前景增添短期不确定性的影响,欧洲ICE期货交易所(ICE Futures Europe)11月布兰特原油收低1.06美元或1%成为每桶108.16美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的4.55美元扩大至4.57美元。
大陆国家能源局原局长、国家能源委专家咨询委员会主任张国宝于首届中阿博览会表示,预计今(2013)年大陆大陆原油进口量达3亿吨,石油对外依存度将达到60%,逼近十二五设置底线。数据显示,去年大陆自行生产原油2.04亿吨,进口2.8亿吨,石油对外依存度达58%左右。而大陆国务院之前发布的《能源发展十二五规划》中明确提出,到2015年石油对外依存度控制在61%以内,合理控制对外依存度,提高能源安全保障水平。
截至9月13日当周,美国炼油厂日均原油加工量较前周增加20万桶至1,610万桶,炼油厂产能利用率较前周持平为92.5%。汽油日均产量较前周910万桶增加至930万桶,蒸馏油日均产量较前周500万桶增加至510万桶。上周原油日均进口量为760万桶,较前周减少43.9万桶;过去4周的原油进口日均量为810万桶。上周汽油日均进口量为49.2万桶,蒸馏油日均进口量为9万桶。
作为需求的指针,美国过去4周日均油品供应量为1,910万桶,较去年同期增加2.9%。其中,汽油日均供应量约890万桶,蒸馏油日均供应量年增10.8%至380万桶,航空燃油日均供应量年增4.4%至150万桶。截至9月13日当周,美国原油日均产量为782.7万桶,创下1989年以来的新高,前周为774.5万桶,去年同期为627.7万桶;过去四周原油日均产量为770.1万桶,去年同期为588.7万桶。
美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)9月20日公布的交易人部位报告显示,截至9月17日,资产管理机构以及其他大额交易人所持有的纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)原油期货投机净多头部位较前周减少2.4%成为326,831口,为连续第7周减少并创下两个月新低。上周NYMEX原油下跌3.3%。
