叙情势缓和 NYMEX原油价格跌逾1%

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）10月原油期货9月17日下跌1.17美元或1.1%成为每桶105.42美元，接近四周新低，主要因为叙利亚情势缓和，以及市场预期美联储即将缩减量化宽松规模的影响，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）11月布兰特原油收低1.88美元或1.7%成为每桶108.19美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的3.48美元缩小至2.77美元。
美国能源信息局（EIA）公布，9月16日全美普通汽油平均零售价格为每加仑3.547美元，较前周下跌4美分，为连续第二周下跌，主要因为夏季开车季节的消费高峰已经结束，以及叙利亚情势趋缓导致原油价格下跌的影响；与去年同期相比下跌33.1美分或8.5%，为今年4月以来的最大年减幅度。美国汽车协会（AAA）数据则显示，16日全美普通汽油平均零售价格为每加仑3.517美元。
美国目前的零售汽油均价较2008年7月的历史高点每加仑4.114美元下跌13.8%。EIA本月报告预估，9月份零售汽油均价将较去年同期的每加仑3.85美元下跌至3.65美元，此预估的基础是纽约原油期货均价在每桶105美元，去年同期为94.51美元。EIA表示，原油成本约占汽油价格的七成比重。
道琼斯通讯社报导，美国石油协会（API）9月17日盘后公布的数据显示，上周美国原油、汽油及蒸馏油库存均减少。数据显示，截至9月13日当周，美国原油库存减少88.9万桶，汽油库存减少64.1万桶，蒸馏油库存减少16.7万桶。炼油厂产能利用率较前周92.1%下滑至93.4%。
英国能源大臣爱德华.戴维（Edward Davey）就使用水力压裂法开采页岩气表示，页岩气技术有造成地下水污染的风险，且页岩气并不是解决英国能源问题的唯一出路。英国财政部长表示将对页岩气开发实行税率优惠。英国首相戴维.卡梅伦（David Cameron）则说非常规天然气有降低能源成本的潜力。
