美联储利率决议来袭，金价滞涨情绪加重
现货黄金11月1日（周一）震荡微跌，目前交投于1780美元附近，因市场对美联储本周决议缩债和明年升息的预期不断升温，这给金价带来沉重的压力，不过由于美国经济增长缓慢，劳动力市场依然面临严峻问题，这导致滞涨担忧兴起，这种担忧限制了金价在美联储决议前的跌幅。
美国三季度经济增长惨淡
美国三季度GDP初值数据表现远不及预期，这给疫情下复苏的美国经济当头一棒，同时支持金价。具体数据显示，美国第三季度实际GDP年化季率初值实际公布2%，预期2.6%，前值6.7%。
机构评美国第三季度实际GDP数据称，随着疫情的爆发，美国经济在第三季度以一年多来最慢的速度增长，进一步加剧了全球供应链的紧张，导致汽车等商品的短缺，几乎抑制了消费支出。
机构分析称，在新冠疫情期间，由于供应短缺和政府提供的疫情救济金，加剧了通胀。财政刺激措施的减弱和飓风“艾达”在8月底摧毁了美国的海上能源生产，也给经济带来了压力。
受到供应链和疫情问题影响，美国经济增速放缓。另有分析指出，第三季度经济增长放缓主要与德尔塔变体导致的感染病例激增有关。
美国劳动力市场依然面临严峻问题
眼下美国劳动力市场短缺的问题依然严峻。对于那些亟需招聘员工扩张生产线，以满足市场需求的美国企业而言，当前的处境显然不容乐观。
全美商业经济协会最新公布的商业状况调查显示，近一半47%的受访者报告在第三季度面临熟练工短缺，这一比例远高于今年第二季度的32%。
同时，没有一个受访者表示他们公司的劳动力短缺现象会在2021年年底前缓解，36%的受访者预计这将在2022年的某个时候发生，14%的人则预计要到2023年或更久之后才会好转。
根据调查，劳动力短缺如今已经成为了疫情大流行经济复苏时期的一个标志，这在商品生产部门尤为普遍。企业很难吸引到所需的员工，以满足消费者日益增长的需求，同时人们感染疫情的风险依然存在。
