风险情绪改善大宗商品飙升，美元跌破94关口
周四(10月14日)美元在震荡交投中小幅下跌，纽元和加元在G-10货币中领涨，并且美国股市也迈向3月份以来最大涨幅。现货黄金触及1800关口，升至一个月最高水平，因投资者在通胀居高不下且刺激措施即将被削减之际寻求避险。油价涨超1%，此前最大石油生产国沙特阿拉伯没有理会要求OPEC增加供应的呼吁，国际能源署(IEA)表示，天然气价格飙升可能会增加发电厂对石油的需求。
EIA报告：除却战略储备的商业原油库存增加608.8万桶至4.27亿桶，增加1.4%
美国截至10月8日当周，EIA汽油库存减少195.8万桶，精炼油库存减少2.4万桶；俄克拉荷马州库欣原油库存减少196.8万桶，创下6月以来最大降幅，目前库存处于2018年10月以来的最低水平。上周美国国内原油产量增加10万桶至1140万桶/日。除却战略储备的商业原油上周进口599.4万桶/日，较前一周减少104.1万桶/日；美国上周原油出口增加40万桶/日至251.4万桶/日。
欧盟领导人或批准应对能源危机的紧急措施
欧盟领导人势将于下周批准成员国采取紧急措施，缓解眼下这场前所未见的能源危机。根据外媒获悉的声明草案显示，欧盟各国政府首脑可能允许欧盟成员国及欧盟委员会“充分利用”周三发布的工具箱，向家庭和企业提供短期救济。能源危机将是10月21-22日欧盟峰会的重要议题。根据声明草案，领导人还将呼吁研究中长期措施，以“缓解过度的价格波动”，提高欧盟能源韧性并确保成功向绿色经济转型。欧盟成员国代表将于周五讨论这份公报，在获得政府首脑通过前仍可能有变动。欧盟委员会本周早些时候提出的工具箱包括减税和国家给予企业扶持。
