美元创逾三周新低，黄金持稳于1810上方
周二(8月31日)美元指数跌至逾三周低点，投资者关注本周稍晚公布的美国就业数据，以了解美联储可能的货币政策路径；纽元和澳元领涨G-10货币，挪威克朗下跌。现货黄金因美元走软而上扬，尾盘收报1813.62美元/盎司，分析师表示，美联储将会扣动扳机，但未来几个月不会大幅缩减货币宽松政策，因此金价最终应该会表现不错。美油跌超1%，飓风艾达导致美国墨西哥湾附近炼厂关闭，预计需求将下降。
欧洲央行管委诺特：欧元区前景允许央行放慢刺激
欧洲央行管委预计，将于2022年3月份结束紧急抗疫购债计划（PEPP）。央行PEPP接近实现其目的。在将PEPP的灵活性朝着正常化实施QE靠拢方面保持谨慎态度。随着金融条件向好，央行可以放缓PEPP的实施速度。包括欧元区通胀数据在内几乎所有最新消息都偏上行。央行定向长期再融资操作（TLTROs）存在“严重的”扭曲效应。当新冠疫情的影响得到修复时，央行应当结束辅助性的TLTRO。
美联储隔夜逆回购工具使用量再创纪录新高
美国货币市场的资金供应过剩，使得投资者向美联储一个主要工具存放的资金金额再创新高。纽约联储公布的数据显示，周二美联储的隔夜逆回购操作有82个参与者，共向该工具投入1.19万亿美元，这超过了8月25日创下的1.147万亿美元的前一个纪录高位。法国兴业银行美国利率策略主管Subadra Rajappa表示，驱动因素是“短债供应减少、储备上升带来的现金过剩以及超短期债券基金所获得的资金流入。美联储该工具的需求将在哪个水平见顶仍不明朗，这将取决于美国政府解决债务上限的时间。
