OPEC+维持增产计划，美元走低黄金延续震荡
周三(9月1日)美元指数创8月6日以来新低至92.37，此前公布的美国民间就业岗位增幅远低于预期；受通胀担忧推动，欧元兑美元触及四周高位。金价基本持稳，投资者权衡部分欧洲央行官员有关削减货币刺激措施前景的鹰派言论。美油收盘小幅走高，此前OPEC+成员国在相对和谐的会谈后决定继续逐步增加石油供应，美国原油库存数据发出看涨信号。
OPEC+决定维持每月增产40万桶/日的时间表
在短暂视频会议后，OPEC+同意遵守现有的每月逐步增产的时间表。代表们表示，部长们同意继续保持每月40万桶/日的增产幅度。此次视频会议持续了不到一个小时，是近期有记忆以来会程最短的会议之一，与7月份艰难的谈判形成鲜明对比。鉴于原油价格基本收复了8月中旬的失地，且今年年内供应前景相对紧张，OPEC+几乎没有理由改变每月逐步增产的时间表。目前大约45％的闲置产能已经恢复，7月时OPEC+计划逐步恢复剩余产能直到2022年9月份。
欧洲央行官员Vasle称央行并未忽视高通胀风险，但基线假设是暂时性通胀
欧洲央行管理委员会成员Bostjan Vasle在Bled战略论坛上表示，目前我们得到的通胀数据逐月上升，但略微深入研究数据后，我们的基准情形假设是，这是暂时的价格冲击。构成当前通胀的因素很大程度上受一次性因素影响。我们没有忽视每个季度出现甚至是越来越强的风险，这些风险主要与第二轮效应有关。目前缺乏的永久性通胀条件是劳动力市场压力，薪资并未上升。
