英镑刷新一周新低，冒险情绪迅速降温

10月28日，欧美新冠疫情持续恶化，多国强化封锁措施，加上英国，脱欧协商充满不确定性，美国财政刺激计划难以顺利实行，英镑刷新至一周新低，冒险情绪急速降温，多国货币均走软。
美国儿科学会和儿童医院协会日前联合发布的最新报告显示，自新冠疫情暴发以来，美国已有近80万名儿童确诊感染新冠病毒。近期美国儿童感染病例快速增加，两周内新增超9万例。德国罗伯特科赫研究所指出，德国报告新增14964例新冠病例。
德国总理默克尔正在推动收紧对行动和接触的限制措施，包括关闭酒吧、餐厅和休闲设施一直到11月底。这些将从11月4日开始一直生效到月底的拟议限制措施仍需与各州领导人讨论。根据机构获得的联邦政府草案纲要文件，在德国许多地方已经不可能进行有效的接触者追踪，如果不实施进一步的限制，感染数量的指数级增长将在数周内令卫生系统不堪重负，并导致重病和死亡人数大幅增加。
英国日渐悲观的经济前景，似乎将推动英国央行在下周加码已经十分庞大的债券购买刺激计划，这将是自新冠疫情爆发以来的第三次加码，也加大英镑卖压。英国央行行长贝利10月18日曾表示，“我们正处于前所未有的经济不确定性之中，风险仍然严重偏向下行。”英国央行8月称，英国经济产出到2021年下半年可能恢复到疫情前的水平。
此外据英国每日电讯报指出，欧洲理事会主席米歇尔警告称，英国脱欧谈判正处于最艰难时刻。三菱日联研究主管Derek Halpenny指出，我们越来越相信，英镑从脱欧贸易协议获得的提振可能不大。昨天就是一个很好的例子，显示一些好消息根本无法给予英镑太多帮助。
