美联储维持稳定，金价出现明显回升

美联储在政策声明中对于未来政策前景的描述显示，美联储将维持利率在当前水平，直到美联储确信经济已经度过了最近的危机，并走上实现最大就业和价格稳定目标的轨道。美联储承诺使用所有工具以支撑美国经济，准备好适时调整市场操作计划，将继续进行大规模的隔夜和定期回购操作。
美国5月就业报告交出新增250万个岗位的意外之喜，企业开始重新聘雇员工的速度之快，也让经济分析师感到惊讶。虽然这鼓舞了一些乐观情绪，但美联储官员异口同声表示，经济统计数据的重要性暂时比不上疫情危机的进展。决策官员一致认为，在确定第二波疫情不会迫使民众再度无法出行之前，风险将持续偏高。

美国银行预计，今年年底美联储资产负债表占GDP的比例将达到40%，德意志银行认为，美联储资产负债表的最大规模“取决于他们购买什么”，并暗示如果美联储放开购买所有资产，资产负债表可能达到130万亿美元。
鲍威尔此前还强调，目前很明显存在第二波疫情的风险，这可能会严重损害信心。流失的岗位可能需要一段时间才能恢复，美联储必须对支持就业保持紧密关注。
