歐元兌美元一個月目標為1.15，十二個月內為1.11，將一個月和三個月預測上調至1.15，同時將六個月期和十二個月期預測上調至1.11，這一平行向上的上升幅度不僅反映了全球通貨再膨脹趨勢，也反映了歐洲尾部風險變化造成的一次性衝擊，對六到十二個月看法的關鍵風險將是美聯儲在2020年下半年的行動。
