3月27日，美元指數從高位跌落，創下一周半的新低，而美國上周首次申請失業救濟人數高達328萬人，創新歷史紀錄新高，美國就業市場受到衝擊，分析師表示美聯儲防水是最大的黃金利好因素。

G20應對新冠肺炎特別峰會閉幕,二十國集團將啟動總價值5萬億美元的經濟計畫，以應對疫情對全球社會、經濟和金融帶來的負面影響，並支持各國中央銀行採取措施促進金融穩定和增強全球市場的流動性。
此外，本周美國國會還通過了2萬億美元的救助計畫。這意味著在未來幾個月，大量貨幣將沖入市場，這是前所未有的水準。黃金將因此受益。
但另一方面，受到加工商和銷售商關閉的影響，實物黃金需求也將受到打壓。比如全球最大黃金需求國之一的印度，近期該國進入封城狀態，勢必將影響黃金需求。
正常化的流動性狀態、負利率、利差以及對法幣貶值的擔憂等，這和金融危機時沒太大區別，這都意味著金價很快就將觸及1800美元/盎司關口。
近期美聯儲持續採取寬鬆政策，將利率降至零，本周更是宣佈了無限量QE，此外還有美國國會通過的史無前例的2萬億美元刺激計畫。
黃金有很大希望觸及2000美元/盎司關口。短期而言，黃金市場則將繼續波動，近期疲軟的競價資料將在未來數月被消化。
但短期黃金的任何拋售都將是暫時的，實物黃金供應受到了生產商和加工商被關閉的影響，這會成為推動金價觸及1800關口的又一重原因。
