ADP數據好于預期，金價小幅下滑

在3月4日晚，美國公佈2月ADP就業資料情況，資料好於市場預期，現貨黃金則出現小幅度下跌，而美元指數則持續走低，小幅走低，市場對黃金市場整體維持看漲預期。
具體資料顯示，美元2月ADP就業人數增加18.30萬，好于預期的增加17萬，且前值從增加29.1萬大幅下修到增加20.9萬。
ADP報告其他資料還顯示：2月建築業就業人數增加1.8萬人，1月增加4.7萬人；2月製造業就業人數減少0.4萬人，1月增加1萬人；2月貿易/運輸/公用事業就業人數增加3.1萬人，1月增加0.8萬人；2月金融服務業就業人數增加0.9萬人，1月增加0.2萬人；2月專業/商業服務就業人數增加3.8萬人，1月增加4.9萬人。
ADP就業資料公司副總裁稱，美國就業市場依舊穩固，2月私營企業的就業人數繼續增加，新增就業崗位依舊主要集中在大型企業，大型企業依舊是表現最為強勁的公司。
如果要對經濟造成巨大傷害，衛生事件便需要突破就業市場築立起來的“防火牆”；但目前從美國2月ADP就業資料來看，美國的就業市場依舊強大，可以抵禦絕大多數的情況。
ADP公佈後據CME“美聯儲觀察”：美聯儲3月維持利率在1.00%-1.25%區間的概率為100%；到4月維持利率在1.00%-1.25%區間的概率為42.1%，降息25個基點的概率為57.9%。
美國新增就業人數在2019年有所放緩，全國非農就業人數變動的12個月移動平均值從2019年1月的235000下降至12月份的174000，ADP就業人數變動則從222000下降至163000。
但通過人口增長和移民，美國就業市場每月增加約135000名新勞動力。自2011年8月以來，就業人數一直在12個月平均水準之上。
