金價漲幅受限，市場聚焦非農報告

3月5日，現貨黃金維持小幅度震盪攀升，在美聯儲緊急降息後，美國股市開始出現回升，市場情緒有所緩和，同時做多黃金的熱情開始減退，當前市場焦點聚焦在週五的非農報告中，且市場對非農有較好的預期。
在此前的一個月裡，人們普遍擔心公共衛生安全問題將導致全球經濟放緩。然而，資料顯示，儘管市場存在擔憂，股市也劇烈波動，美國公司繼續招聘，經濟仍然保持彈性。
ADP資料反映了小企業可能會受到疫情的衝擊。2月份新增就業崗位13.3萬個，幾乎全部來自雇傭員工超過55人的企業。而人數少於50人的公司只增加了2.4萬個工作崗位。
2月份非農就業人數將保持強勁增長，雇主將增加20萬個就業崗位。預計疫情不會對招聘產生太大影響，因在調查期間，對疫情的擔憂沒有那麼明顯，也沒有任何跡象表明疫情對招聘活動造成實質影響。2020年人口普查招聘資料可能會破壞季度預期，預計需要每月增加13萬個就業崗位才能使失業率繼續走低。
本周以來美國股市並未延續上周的大幅下跌模式，轉而出現反彈回升的行情，這在一定程度上利好風險情緒，也限制了金價的漲幅。
就業市場方面，報告顯示，勞動力不足導致許多企業增速降低和建設項目延遲。為吸引人才，一些企業主將臨時工轉為固定員工。部分地區製造業、零售業和運輸行業用人需求下滑。
工資方面，在一些地區，工資溫和增長。企業認為，勞動力市場緊張與最低工資提高為企業薪資帶來上行壓力。隨著福利成本上升以及企業主為吸引和留住員工而擴大福利，企業福利支出有所增加。
美聯儲下一次貨幣政策會議將於3月17日至18日舉行。布拉德認為，截至下次貨幣政策會議時，美聯儲不太可能得到比現在更多的不一樣的資訊，因此不能確定美聯儲將在下次會議上繼續降息，市場不應預先對此作出判斷。但他也表示，不排除美聯儲在3月會議上再次降息的可能性。未來，如有必要，美聯儲可以再像本次緊急降息一樣選擇在兩次會議之間召開會議。
